What goes into the comparison?
The workbook adds the fare for each traveller, the bags and extras your group actually needs, and your chosen airport transport plan. It shows the total for the whole group and the average per person in EUR.
An unknown charge stays visible as missing information. An offer only joins the cost comparison when all its cost categories are resolved.
Start with a fair comparison
Choose the same travellers, travel dates and journey scope for every offer. A one-way fare and a return fare belong in separate comparisons unless you first build an equivalent complete itinerary.

Use the resource in three steps
- Download the workbook and set the trip scope and traveller count.
- Add your own quotes, then resolve every cost category as Known, Not needed or Unknown.
- Compare complete totals and check the times, airports and ticket conditions separately.
